RONGO's monofloral Manuka honey is harvested from New Zealand's South Island.
 
We contract with small family-run bee farms for each type of honey, so we don't blend ingredients from different origins, and after collecting the honey, we store it at below 25 degrees and bottle it without heating it.
 
Manuka honey has a caramel-like taste and is very easy to eat, so it is recommended for first-timers.
 
If you are starting to catch a cold or have a bad throat, take 1 to 3 spoons at a time.
It goes well with yogurt, coffee, tea, etc.
