<How to care>
If the surface of the cutlery becomes rough, apply olive oil all over.
If you sand it with a fine-grit 400-grit file before applying the oil, it will have a smoother texture.
After applying the oil, wait about 15 minutes and then wipe it off with kitchen paper or cloth.
